Job Summary

Daily Manage, Control, Drive stores in the territory/ region to implement basic operational and services standard, maintain healthy inventory in order to achieve given sales target.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Assisting Store Leader in organizing, planning, and implementing sales strategy to achieve sales budget on weekly/ monthly.
  2. Monitoring all store operational are running smooth by doing store visit.
  3. Plan, control and perform store-wide operations activities covering people management, protection of company asset, inventory management, customer servicing following standard operating procedures in order to increase sales, ensure customer satisfaction and compliance to SOP.
  4. Control implementation of merchandising plan for existing products; manage merchandise traffic in stores and visual merchandising of every season to make sure it aligned Principle Guidelines.
  5. Control implementation store promotion in store level and customer service as per company standard and training module.
  6. Plan, execute and monitor all stores opening process as per company timeline.
  7. Prepare Sales Analysis for Region Head to achieve company objectives through setting sales goals, analysing data base on past performance, and projecting future performance.
  8. Proposed, Maintain and Review Store KPI (Average Dollar Sales, Unit per Transaction, and Conversion Rate).
  9. Control merchandise inventories in order to increase sales and profit hence support organization’s goals.
  10. Control staff budget including, store overtime, store budget manning as per company direction.
  11. Planning, monitoring and review store staff schedule, coaching if needed.
Requirements
  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in any related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience as Store Leader in Retail Industry.
  3. Have knowledge about operation and sales.
  4. Fluent English in communication & writing.
  5. Good interpersonal skill.
  6. Excellent Organization and Leadership.
  7. Proven experience in operations and sales retail industry.
  8. MS. Office Minded (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
