Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Marketing Strategy & GTM Leadership
    • Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies tailored to SEA and EA markets.
    • Localize global product concepts and create regional value propositions.
    • Identify growth pockets, channel opportunities, and category trends.
  • Growth Acceleration & Demand Generation
    • Design customer-journey-based marketing funnels across channels.
    • Drive sustainable growth in awareness, trial, conversion, and loyalty.
  • Cross-Channel Marketing Execution
    • Develop integrated marketing plans across retail, e-commerce, digital, and trade marketing.
    • Oversee campaign planning, execution, tracking, and optimization.
  • Market & Consumer Insights
    • Gather and translate consumer insights and market data into actionable strategies.
    • Evaluate pricing, competitive landscape, and channel performance.
  • Regional Business Development Support
    • Partner with commercial teams for customer acquisition and channel expansion.
    • Build business cases for new opportunities.
  • Hands-On Leadership
    • Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and build processes in early-stage markets.
    • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Global Marketing.
  • Product & Portfolio Management
    • Support global teams in regional NPD prioritization and feasibility.
    • Adapt packaging, claims, pricing, and positioning to local needs.
  • Trade Marketing & Channel Activation
    • Develop trade marketing programs to support distributor performance.
    • Lead category development initiatives with key channel partners.
The Successful Applicant

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in marketing roles within SEA or EA.
  • Proven Go-to-Market success in fast-moving categories.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C marketing, private label & branded.
  • Cross-channel marketing experience (retail, digital, e-commerce).
  • Fluent in English.

Preferred

  • Master's degree (MBA).
  • Certifications in digital marketing, brand strategy, or insights.
  • Experience in food, FMCG, or seafood.
  • Experience in matrix/global organizations.
  • Additional Asian language(s).
