Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Regional Marketing Strategy & GTM Leadership
- Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies tailored to SEA and EA markets.
- Localize global product concepts and create regional value propositions.
- Identify growth pockets, channel opportunities, and category trends.
- Growth Acceleration & Demand Generation
- Design customer-journey-based marketing funnels across channels.
- Drive sustainable growth in awareness, trial, conversion, and loyalty.
- Cross-Channel Marketing Execution
- Develop integrated marketing plans across retail, e-commerce, digital, and trade marketing.
- Oversee campaign planning, execution, tracking, and optimization.
- Market & Consumer Insights
- Gather and translate consumer insights and market data into actionable strategies.
- Evaluate pricing, competitive landscape, and channel performance.
- Regional Business Development Support
- Partner with commercial teams for customer acquisition and channel expansion.
- Build business cases for new opportunities.
- Hands-On Leadership
- Operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and build processes in early-stage markets.
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Global Marketing.
- Product & Portfolio Management
- Support global teams in regional NPD prioritization and feasibility.
- Adapt packaging, claims, pricing, and positioning to local needs.
- Trade Marketing & Channel Activation
- Develop trade marketing programs to support distributor performance.
- Lead category development initiatives with key channel partners.
The Successful Applicant
Essential
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in marketing roles within SEA or EA.
- Proven Go-to-Market success in fast-moving categories.
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing, private label & branded.
- Cross-channel marketing experience (retail, digital, e-commerce).
- Fluent in English.
Preferred
- Master's degree (MBA).
- Certifications in digital marketing, brand strategy, or insights.
- Experience in food, FMCG, or seafood.
- Experience in matrix/global organizations.
- Additional Asian language(s).
