A leading insurance provider in Jakarta is looking for a customer digital service intern. Responsibilities include supporting PRUServices activation and developing reports. Ideal candidates are final-year students or fresh graduates with excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia. Proficiency in Ms Excel is required, and digital savvy is preferred. PRUServices (Customer Digital Service) Activation
Support PRUServices activation by introducing and guiding customers to activate PRUServices on customer walk-in areas, customer and agency events.
Develop regular reports related to PRUServices activation.
Liaise with Operation and IT PIC to resolve technical issues related to PRUServices activation.
Brainstorm ideas for PRUServices activation online/offline.
Requirements:
Final year or fresh graduate from any major.
Willing to do Work From Office (WFO) every working day in Jakarta area.
Committed to doing a 3-month internship period.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia. English communication will be an advantage.
Digital savvy with strong persuasion skills and a desire to learn.
Able to use Ms Excel to create reports.
Good administration and documentation skills.
