Responsibilities

>Conduct applied research and market analysis to identify new application opportunities for our ingredients in culinary, beverage, and bakery segments.
• Execute hands‑on application testing, including sample preparation, evaluation, and optimization to meet target product profiles.
• Collaborate closely with R&D, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate technical developments into commercial successes.
• Provide technical support and application guidance to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all developments align with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in food application.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2‑3 years of hands‑on experience in Application Development or R&D, specifically within the food & beverage industry. Experience in dairy, creamers, or bakery is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to develop applications for processed foods, beverages, and/or bakery products.
• Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent practical skills in laboratory and kitchen/pilot plant environments.
• Creative, innovative, and passionate about food.
• Good command of English is preferred.
