Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in providing developer support.
• Comfortable with complex SQL queries.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to all support cases.
• Triage support cases and direct users to resources.
• Monitor feedback channels and improve support efficiency.
• Reproduce issues and improve test coverage.

Skills

Customer support experience

Proficient in SQL

Fluency in English
