A global cloud solutions provider is seeking a seasoned sales professional with at least 7 years of experience in IT or Cloud computing sales. The role involves achieving annual revenue targets, supporting customer onboarding, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance brand awareness. Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English are essential, while knowledge of Mandarin and relevant certifications are a plus. This position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, culturally diverse environment.
Carry out annual Sales revenue target to sell Alibaba Cloud global solutions.
Cooperate with channel partner to leverage business communities to sell Alibaba Cloud global solutions.
Build strong sales pipelines and enhance new customer onboarding for business growth.
Cooperate with Marketing Team and Technical Team to arrange trainings and workshops to customers to enhance brand awareness and improve collaboration.
Provide overall pre-sales and post-sales support at account level to ensure customer satisfaction and increase customers' usage on Alibaba Cloud.
Be a team player to help the team hit its overall revenue target and build solid ecosystem by offering internal cross-trainings, knowledge and experience sharing, and contributing to teamwork spirit.
Work with HQ back office functional division to collaborate and contribute to overall product, solution, and operation enhancements.
