ROLE OVERVIEW

As an AI Engineer at WWWASTE, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and support our mission. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI models into business processes, analyze large datasets, and continuously improve our AI‑driven systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models tailored to business requirements.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and domain experts to integrate AI solutions into existing platforms.
• Collect, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to ensure high‑quality inputs for model training.
• Optimize and fine‑tune algorithms for improved performance and scalability.
• Test, validate, and maintain AI systems to ensure reliability and accuracy.
• Stay current with advancements in AI and propose innovative solutions for continuous improvement.
• Document development processes and communicate findings to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in AI development or machine learning roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (preferred), Java, or R.
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit‑learn).
