Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in business automation, data analytics, or ERP-related projects.

Strong technical understanding of process automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath, or equivalent).

Proficient in data visualization and dashboard development (Power BI, Google Data Studio, etc.).

Solid understanding of business processes and cross-functional workflows, with strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

Able to translate business requirements into digital or technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows to improve process efficiency and accuracy across departments.
• Collaborate with Senior BP Specialists and BP Technical Specialists to convert process improvements into technical automation solutions.
• Develop data dashboards and reports to track efficiency, cost, and automation performance.
• Perform technical testing, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure automations run with minimal errors.
• Support the implementation and user adoption of new automated processes.
