Position Responsibilities

• Understand overall vision and goals to execute and implement sales activities.
• Build excellent relationship with branches to deliver top‑notch service quality.
• Spearhead all lead generation initiatives.
• Campaign management.
• Align sales activity management with strategy to achieve business plan.
• Ensure sales process quality to minimize fraud and customer complaints.
• Manage overall manpower and resourcing plan based on sales KPIs.
• Drive Sales and achieve assigned Sales targets.
• Support Sourcing & Selection and create a talent pipeline.
• Provide necessary training/coaching and supervision to Insurance Specialists to ensure success of insurance sales at bank branches.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years’ working experience, at least five years with insurance – experience in the life insurance industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, education or equivalent.
