Job description

We are seeking an experienced Aftersales Area Deputy Manager to join our team at PT. Jetour Motor Indonesia. As the Aftersales Area Deputy Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations and delivery of our aftersales services across our South Jakarta region. This is a full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the aftersales department, ensuring efficient and high‑quality service delivery
• Dealer standardization implementation monitoring – evaluate & monitor service operation to comply Jetour standard.
• Dealer target setting & performance monitoring (monthly report collection for unit entry, part wholesales purchase, CSI & profitability) – suggest dealer action and improve dealer performance. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement strategies to increase aftersales revenue and customer loyalty
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the aftersales team
• Customer complain handling management.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and stakeholders
• Proficient in data analysis and the use of relevant software and tools to track and report on key performance metrics
• A degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or management, is preferred
