A leading electrical appliances company is seeking a dedicated After Sales Service Manager in Medan to oversee service activities and enhance customer satisfaction rates. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3 years of relevant experience, with strong leadership skills and knowledge in air conditioning installations and maintenance. Proficiency in English is essential, and Mandarin is a plus.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Responsible to manage after sales service activities and make strategic plan to increase customer satisfaction rate.
• Responsible to supervised the quality of installation, maintenance, and service especially in our project area
• Monitoring performance of after sales service staff in head office and all branch
• Responsible to analyze the problem in after sales service department and provide the solution
• Maintain a good relationship with ASC in Jakarta and all branch
• Control ASC, dealer and branch after sales service reports
• Review and perform all spare part inventory matters including stock report and warehouse management
• Prepared timely and accurate management report due after sales service management
• Organize technical training activities both internal training or external training activities
• Devise a plan to training our ASC, dealer, technician
  
  

Requirements

• D3/D4, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
• Have 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Have proven ability to manage after sales service operational strategic plan
• Fluent in English (both speaking and writing), can speak mandarin will be a plus (not a must)
• Have a wide knowledge in air conditioning installation, maintenance, trouble shoot and service
• Hard work, like challenge and have a leadership skill
• Can work as individually and as a team player
• Have responsibility and have a good disciplinary
