We’re looking for an Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on real results: leads, conversions, and revenue.

About the Role

This is an on-site position in Bali (Mumbul, Nusa Dua). Remote working is not available.

As an Ads Specialist, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end management of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, from strategy and setup to optimization and scaling. This role is for someone who understands numbers, funnels, audiences, and how to turn ad spend into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage performance-driven campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Conduct keyword research, audience research, and bidding strategy optimization
  • Build and optimize retargeting funnels and lookalike audiences
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, and other key KPIs
  • Manage and optimize ad budgets to maximize efficiency and performance
  • Set up and monitor tracking systems (GA4, UTM, Meta Pixel, Conversion API)
  • Perform A/B testing on ads, audiences, and landing flows
  • Create and refine basic ad copy that converts (hooks, headlines, CTAs)
  • Analyze data and provide performance insights and improvement recommendations
  • Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience running paid ads for businesses with real transactions (sales / leads), not awareness-only campaigns
  • Strong mastery of Advanced Google Ads and Meta Ads
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing funnels and customer behavior
  • Proven experience handling budgets and producing measurable results
  • Comfortable working with analytics and tracking tools
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-focused
