About the role

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office administrative tasks, including correspondence, document filing, and report preparation.
  • Handle travel service bookings (hotels, transportation, tour tickets) and ensure all data is accurate and properly recorded.
  • Perform data entry for customers and transactions into the company system (invoices, quotations, purchase orders, itineraries).
  • Coordinate travel schedules and communicate with the operations team, drivers, and tourism vendors.
  • Assist in billing processes, payment checking, and basic reconciliation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and organise travel documents such as hotel vouchers, activity tickets, and final itineraries.
  • Maintain and update client and partner databases regularly.
  • Prepare administrative materials for internal and external needs (contracts, booking forms, daily reports).
  • Support office operations and provide administrative assistance to management.
