Job description

Handle administrative requests and queries from senior managers

Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled finance reports

Develop and maintain a filing system

Provide general support to visitors

Support Finance Assistant in the preparation of regularly scheduled payment

Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

Support employee and managers administration or other generals queries (absence, data changes (if any), etc)

QUALIFICATION

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree. We are looking for FRESH GRADUATES.

Required language(s): Mandarin and English (writing, reading, listening and speaking), already completed min. HSK 4or more is a PLUS.

Have cooperative attitude, able to multi-task & working detail oriented

Fast learning, have a high responsibility sense and willing to learn
