Overview

The main responsibility is to manage, control, and monitor below scope of work:

Responsibilities

• HR & Personnel: Talent acquisition, training and development, yearly performance management & competency assessment
• Negotiation team of collective labor agreement, LKS bipartite, dispute resolution in industrial relation
• Building maintenance, security & permit, and other services (transportation, canteen, operational car, etc)
• Public relation matter such as press release, company website, company magazine, and other media
• Community awareness & development
