About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Administration Assistant to join our team at PT. Pikha Daya Nusa' in Bali. This full-time role will provide key administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our office operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and efficient manner
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory, and liaising with suppliers as needed
  • Supporting various projects and initiatives as required
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
