About the role

We are seeking a skilled Administration Real Estate &/or Broker to join our growing team in Ubud, Bali.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and front desk.

This is a full-time job from Monday to Friday, and Saturday morning.

What you'll be doing
  • Maintaining and updating our company's social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Responding to inquiries and messages from potential clients
  • Assisting with the preparation, organisation and other administrative tasks
What we're looking for
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in English
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Key skills for these positions are strong communication, customer service, organization, and proficiency with office software.
