What you’ll do

As an Admin Supply Specialist, your primary role is to ensure the efficient and cost-effective acquisition of goods, services, and materials required for the company\'s operations.

  • Materials supply and sales management including productive materials and materials for daily consumption.
  • Supplier development and management including supplier sourcing qualification management and enquiry.
  • Regular supplier evaluation to optimize supply channels.
  • Daily procurement work: responsible for the whole supply process of product inquiry, price negotiation, price comparison, arrival tracking, product exception handling, delivery and warehousing.
  • Procurement document management: responsible for the drafting, signing and filing of procurement contracts. Ensure that the work performance and documentation meet the company\'s audit requirements.
  • Other work related to supply chain and sales assistant related work.
What you’ll bring
  • Bachelor degree or above, major in supply management or other related field.
  • More than 2 years procurement management experience.
  • Chinese can be working language; you will be multilingual.
  • Knowledge of inorganic non-metallic building materials is preferred.
