Overview

Lifetime Design is an integrated interior design company with over 15 years of experience — evolving from a humble furniture store to a trusted partner for renovation projects and interior consultations. We are here to help people design and build their place. We have our own manufactory, so people can customize their own furnitures according their wishes.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions including invoices, payments, and journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in the preparation of budgets.
• Ensure all documents are archived properly and completely.
• Maintain and update inventory and accounting records in the system.
• Conduct and monitor stock opname (inventory checks), reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and system data, and report findings.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• 2 years of working experience, specifically in retail or fashion industry
• Familiar with complete accounting cycle, starting from daily operational journal entries, financial closing procedures, financial reporting and analysis
• Familiar with Accurate. Other accounting software is a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft Office package
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Able to work in deadline pressure
• Able to work in multi-tasking and challenging environment
