About the role
Join PT Sinergi Pratama Sukses' dynamic team as an Accounting Koordinator. This full-time position in South Jakarta, Jakarta offers the opportunity to play a key role in the company's financial accounting and reporting operations. As an Accounting Koordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the accounting processes that are critical to the company's financial health and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support Financial Tracking: Assist with monitoring project costs by comparing budgets against actual expenses.
  • Vendor Invoice Management: Verify vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and proper allocation to project costs.
  • Cost Reporting: Help prepare and distribute various financial and cost reports for project stakeholders.
  • Tax Compliance: Assist with the compliance requirements for taxes such as VAT and PPh (income tax).
  • Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate and organized project financial records.
  • Liaise with Teams: Serve as a link between the project team and the finance department, providing financial support.
  • Support Project Planning: Aid in the process of setting up project budgets and tracking progress against them.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is often required.
