Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards.

Manage tax-related activities, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting.

Handle correspondence and discussions with the Tax Office, including responding to SP2DK and other tax-related queries.

Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Support management in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.

Coordinate with external auditors, consultants, and government institutions when required.

Provide guidance and support to the accounting team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and taxation, preferably in a managerial or assistant manager role.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and hands-on experience in dealing with SP2DK and tax office discussions.

Excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
