The successful candidate will oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements, manage the financial consolidation process, and ensure compliance with PSAK and IFRS standards. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable university with minimum GPA of 3,5; professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA) is an advantage.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, or consolidation, preferably in a multi-entity or group environment.
Strong understanding of financial consolidation, group reporting, and intercompany transactions.
Solid knowledge of PSAK / IFRS and financial reporting standards.
Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements for subsidiaries, joint ventures, and affiliated entities.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work under tight reporting deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
Good communication skills to coordinate with subsidiaries, auditors, and internal stakeholders.
High level of integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.
Job Descriptions:
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with PSAK / IFRS.
Manage the financial consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and minority interest calculations.
Coordinate with subsidiaries and business units to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Review and analyze group financial performance, highlighting key variances and trends.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
Support external and internal audit processes by providing required documentation and explanations.
Assist in the development and improvement of group accounting policies and consolidation procedures.
Monitor and resolve accounting issues related to acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring activities.
Support system enhancements and process improvements for consolidation and reporting efficiency.
Provide guidance to junior accounting staff and support team development.
