What You Will Do:
  • Build a professional relationship continuously with existing client by build intense communication, support activities that needed, etc in order to maintain existing client and ensure their needs.
  • Perform intense communication with existing client to explore any possibilities of business enlargement and collaborate with sales team to be follow up.
  • Explore new business opportunities by gathering information from any resources and collaborate with sales team.
  • Provide the best service from end to end including resolve any issues and/or problems within the coverage area as a part of after sales services to maintain a good level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare periodically report to provide update progress and ensure all issues can be solved. Provide recommendation analysis in order to ensure the target are achieved.
  • Perform collaboration with other stakeholders by performing coordination with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure the operational running smoothly.
What You Will Need:
  • Min. 2-4 years at the same field.
  • Min. Bachelor degree in any major.
  • Preferred domiciled in Surabaya, Solo, but willing to be placed accross Indonesia.
