Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to grow clients, propose and drive the growth of more medium to smaller customers
• Routine engagement with all local clients
• Responsible to deliver sales growth and margin target in Indonesia
• Work with regional office on Innovation Plan and potentials, adoption rate and growth ambition for local clients
• Define account / segment needs, targets, priorities to win business
• Work closely with regional Marketing and Consumer Insight team to develop theIndonesian market even better

You Bring

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Business, Engineering with 3-5 years working experience in B2B sales.
• Good understanding of Perfumery house industry
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Commercially savvy with good negotiation skill – ability to ‘close the deal’
• Keen ability to identify and communicate local country market, and consumer trends.
• Positive work attitude, Self-Starter, Result Oriented, Entrepreneurial and able to work independently and or in a team
• Excellentinterpersonalskills , integrity, agility, resilience and havingtheabilitytocommunicateatalllevels
