A leading IT Solutions company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced sales professional to fulfill sales targets, monitor product sales processes, and coordinate with internal teams. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in an IT solution company, strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and is driven to achieve goals. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a team of over 1000 professionals.
Minimum two years of experience in IT Solution Company is required.
Pre-existing relationships with potential customers are a definite plus.
Have database/customer list coverage from the existing account.
Able to provide solution skills for future customers.
Demonstrate ability to work independently and meet established goals.
Personally motivated, aggressively goal-oriented focus.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
Creative problem-solving skills.
Fulfill sales targets according to the segment.
Monitoring the entire process of product sales going well up to the payment stage.
Presentation and coordination with internal product support and development engineers.
Understand business processes in general and consultative sales skills.
