About the role

Join the dynamic team at PT Clarus Innovace Teknologi as an Account Manager. This full-time role in Jakarta will see you responsible for managing key customer accounts and building lasting relationships to drive business growth.

Project Overview

Responsible for sales activity for IT solutions

The position requires close contact with customers for the purpose of accessing customer needs, finding new market opportunities, presenting offers, negotiating and closing contracts, and monitoring contract implementation and customer satisfaction.

Informal contacts and lobbying, approaching customers to get advance information before tender, maintaining relationships or building with new customers.

Finding, creating opportunities and developing prospective leads to be qualified opportunities and closing deals.

Offering solutions to customers by studying and evaluating customer problems.

Managing internal coordination among technical, project management, product specialist and the account.

What we're looking for

At least more than 2 years experience as an account manager or sales role, preferably in the technology industry.

Experience in working with senior management to align sales strategies and solutions.

Proactive, self-driven and result-oriented.

Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent experience.

Ability to manage multiple accounts in parallel.

Salary range

6 - 15 Mio (Based on Experience).
