You will build strong relationships, provide consultative solutions, and onboard new merchants. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in FMCG or Tech industries. Account Executives drive sustainable revenue growth by developing merchant business. They build relationships, provide consultative solutions, onboard new merchants, and address their needs. They identify business opportunities, monitor market trends, support local sales, and ensure smooth administrative processes, while continuously developing their skills.
Account Executive (AE) will work as a team within a certain district and closely collaborate with the Merchant Engagement and Sales Support teams. Ideally, an AE regularly visits assigned merchants to see what really happened on the ground as well as provide necessary advice to them in increasing transactions over time.
