A leading HR consultancy is seeking an HR Consultant to support SME clients across West Yorkshire. In this role, you will provide tailored Employee Relations advice, manage a diverse HR caseload, and facilitate leadership training. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of HR experience and a strong understanding of employment law. This position offers flexibility with work-from-home opportunities and regular client engagement.

No two days are ever the same. You ll be drafting contracts and policies, supporting recruitment, advising on performance management, handling restructures, TUPE and terminations and providing expert guidance across the full HR spectrum.
