Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and process commissions accurately
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies
  • Manage payments, BACs uploads, and bank reconciliations
  • Handle queries from advisers and lenders
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting
  • Support compliance and uphold Consumer Duty obligations
