A dynamic European law firm in Belfast is seeking a CRM Executive to support the management of InterAction and drive system usage across the organization. This role includes producing Power Bi reports, assisting with training, and managing CRM Intranet content. Candidates should have strong experience with InterAction CRM, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to workload management. The Marketing & Business Development team has more than 50 members based in the UK and Europe who work closely with sector and practice groups to drive profile enhancement and help to develop profitable revenue streams through client acquisition and growth programmes. The CRM team is fully integrated into the BD function.
We wish to recruit a CRM Executive who can help support the day-to-day management of InterAction, working closely with Business Development team, wider department and internal groups to help drive usage and promote best practice firm-wide. We are looking for someone with a proactive attitude, who can manage their workload to meet conflicting deadlines and has strong reporting capabilities to support the wider team and firm.
