Qualifications

  • Proven procurement experience within transport, infrastructure, or public-sector environments.
  • Strong understanding of NEC3/JCT contract structures.
  • Demonstrable experience managing and developing a small team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic procurement activity across Transport & Place.
  • Deliver robust end-to-end procurement solutions within public sector compliance frameworks.
  • Advise on complex contracts including NEC3, JCT and regeneration-related arrangements.
  • Build strong partnerships with senior stakeholders to influence commercial strategies.
  • Lead and develop a procurement team of 2-3 professionals.
