Job summary

CCP are delighted to be working with an exciting and well-established finance brand in Manchester City Centre, who are looking to recruit a Senior Sales Manager to support continued growth within their high-performing sales operation.

Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
Salary: £45,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £75,000+ with some earning closer to £90,000.)
Location: Manchester City Centre (On-site, flexibility to WFH on an ad-hoc basis)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri 9-6 (Expectations of working outside these hours where necessary)
Experience Required: Minimum 18 months' experience in a Sales Management role - managing Sales Team Managers.

This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced, target-driven environment, requiring an experienced sales leader who can motivate, develop and inspire sales managers and their teams while consistently delivering strong commercial and customer outcomes.
