We have an exciting new opportunity for a Group Workout Instructor at Places Leisure, a fun, lively environment with likeminded people. You will help inspire others to work together and deliver their very best. With your previous experience in the fitness industry, specifically personal and group training, you will be enthusiastic and love talking with people, motivating them to push themselves safely and encouragingly. All our Group Workout Instructors should hold a suitable qualification for delivery of our world‑class Group Workout Programme. If you are a motivated and driven individual, we provide continuous learning and development opportunities to support you in achieving this qualification.

• You will deliver group workouts to large and small classes in a fast‑paced environment, holding the attention of a room full of people with charisma.
• With strong people skills, you will put customers’ needs at the forefront and build personable and meaningful relationships.
• You will have exceptional time management skills.
• You will maintain a high level of knowledge and actively keep up with new trends within the industry.
• You will be comfortable working with customers of all abilities, regardless of where they are in their fitness journey.
• You will work as a team to keep our facilities clean and safe, adhering to regulations, company procedures and consistent standards.
