A residential care provider in Forton is seeking a dedicated individual to support the Home Manager in delivering outstanding care. The role includes maintaining staff and resident records, processing payroll, and coordinating recruitment. Candidates must have strong administrative skills, experience in a similar role, and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. We are currently looking to hire compassionate and dedicated individuals to support the Home Manager in providing exceptional, person-centered care to the residents of the Home, ensuring a warm, happy and homely environment is maintained at all times and supporting each of the residents to remain as active and independent as possible within the constraints of their condition.
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate strong administrative skills and has experience working in a generalist administrative role covering many aspects. You will also be computer literate, have experience of payroll, knowledge of HR processes and well-developed customer service skills. You will be highly organised, with good attention to detail and have the ability to liaise confidently and effectively both on the telephone and in writing. It is a fast‑paced role so the successful candidate will have experience of multi‑tasking and be able to work using their own initiative. You must also be comfortable inputting into various systems.
