We are seeking a Building Inspector to join our Building Control team at SOCOTEC, working alongside leading designers, project managers, developers, and clients including social media and tech giants, financial and legal firms, and government bodies.

About the Role: You will be involved in iconic projects such as the 'Cheese Grater', 22 Bishopsgate, 'The Walkie Talkie', and the Gherkin. We offer supervision and development opportunities for RBI surveyors at all levels, supporting your long-term career growth.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Membership of RICS, CABE, or equivalent, or suitable experience, with ongoing CPD.
2. Registration as an RBI (all levels considered).
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
4. Ability to develop strong client relationships and deliver excellent client care.
5. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team.
6. Experience in problem-solving through analysis and developing effective solutions.
