We are seeking Senior Care Assistants who shares our passion for providing the best possible care for our residents whilst advocating for their dignity at all times. Whilst wanting to work alongside our fantastic team; possessing good communication skills, being reliable and able to adapt to the needs of each resident in your care are just some of the key qualities we look for in our colleagues. We’d love you to be NVQ / QCF 3 qualified in Health & Social Careand have had some experience working as a Senior Care Assistant. The key to us is that you share our values of kindness, dedication, empowerment and forward-thinking.
- Leading care teams
- Medication administration
- Supporting and training new care staff
- Support with personal care, activities, physical, mental and emotional wellbeing
- Undertake one to one's, PDR's and development reviews with designated care staff
- Facilitate communication between households and departments
- Minimum of 5.6 weeks'holiday including bank holidays
