Job summary
A leading UK law firm in London is looking for an experienced agriculture and rural property partner to develop their wealth management practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on agriculture, although candidates with commercial property experience will also be considered. This is an opportunity to join a profitable and collegial team involved in diverse rural property issues.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on agriculture and rural property experience required.
- Experience in commercial property law is beneficial.
- Ability to act for farms and estates on diverse property issues.
Responsibilities
- Develop the agriculture and rural property practice.
- Engage with HNW & UHNW individuals and businesses.
- Act on the sale and purchase of rural properties.
Our client is highly regarded for their extensive network of HNW & UHNW individuals and privately and publicly owned businesses. They have a UK leading wealth management practice and are seeking to further develop it with the introduction of a agriculture and rural property partner.
The firm will consider a commercial property partner for the role but you will need a strong focus on agriculture and rural property.
The firm act for a range of landed estates and large farms and are involved inthe sale and purchase of farms and other rural property, renewable energy work, agricultural tenancies, and otherwise acting for farms and estates on a range of diverse property issues.
The firm are leaders in this area and are keen to further develop what is a tier 1 practice. The firm are extremely profitable and collegiate and worth speaking with.
