About the Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Director or Managing Director to lead and significantly expand our thriving Wealth Management division. This is a pivotal leadership role for an experienced recruitment professional who is passionate about building market-leading practices within the financial services sector.

As the head of our Wealth Management division, you will be responsible for driving growth across our comprehensive portfolio of Financial Services clients throughout London and the broader UK market. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work from multiple UK locations while maintaining strong client relationships and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Growth
  • Lead, develop and expand our Wealth Management recruitment practice across the UK
  • Build and maintain a robust portfolio of Financial Services clients specialising in wealth management
  • Drive revenue growth and market expansion through strategic business development
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies for the division
Client & Market Development
  • Cultivate relationships with leading wealth management firms, private banks, and financial planning organisations
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across London and UK-wide markets
  • Position the company as the premier recruitment partner for wealth management talent
Recruitment Excellence
  • Oversee recruitment across all seniority levels from mid-level to senior executive positions
  • Specialise in placing Financial Planning Advisors and Wealth Planning Managers
  • Manage assignments across Wealth, Pensions and Employee Benefits markets
  • Deliver exceptional service standards and candidate experiences
Ideal Candidate Profile
Essential Experience
  • Proven track record as a senior leader within recruitment, ideally at Director or Managing Director level
  • Substantial experience in Financial Services recruitment, specifically within wealth management
  • Deep understanding of the wealth management landscape and key market players
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling recruitment divisions
