We are looking to welcome a Warehouse Picking Team Leader to lead our In-store Fulfilment Operations Team.

Your remit will be to achieve excellence in daily fulfilment unit operations by assigning duties, communicating objectives, and coaching the team.

Expected Starting Date: July - to be discussed at interview.

Interview Window: Between 25th June and 5th July.

• Starting salary of £26,000 per annum, based on experience.
• 39 hours weekly, 5 days over 7, including alternate weekends.
• Working hours between 6am - 10pm, approximately 8 hours daily.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years leadership experience with proven success.
• Experience in team development, prioritization, delegation, and feedback.
• Business-minded with customer focus and budget management skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Effective communication in English.
• Problem-solving skills.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Lead the Fulfilment Operations team to ensure high goods availability, operational readiness, and cost efficiency.
• Recruit, retain, and develop team members for diversity and high performance.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant working environment.
• Ensure effective daily operations, contribute to goals, planning, and workload analysis.
• Support sustainability initiatives within operations.
