As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be a key part of the parcel journey:
- Loading and unloading parcels from trailers
- Moving parcels through the warehouse safely and efficiently
- Operating mechanised parcel sorting equipment
- Sorting up to 40,000 items with your team during a single shift
- Ensuring every parcel – big or small – is handled with care and reaches its destination on time
We welcome individuals from all backgrounds – no previous experience is required, but it’s a bonus if you’ve worked in similar environments.

The pay rates for warehouse roles at our Parcelforce sites are shown by service period. Rates may change during busy periods and Angard Staffing will communicate any changes in advance.

- Mon – Sat Days (06:00 – 22:00): £13.80
- Mon – Sat Nights (22:00 – 06:00): £16.35
- Bank Holiday (All Day): £16.35
- 13-25 Weeks service
- Mon – Sat Days (06:00 – 22:00): £14.38
- Mon – Sat Nights (22:00 – 06:00): £17.04
- Bank Holiday (All Day): £26.81
- 26+ Weeks service
- Mon – Sat Days (06:00 – 22:00): £15.63
- Mon – Sat Nights (22:00 – 06:00): £18.29
- Bank Holiday (All Day): £26.81
