A UK-based recruitment agency is seeking an experienced English Teacher for a fixed-term position in Lambeth. The right candidate will have QTS and a proven record of delivering engaging lessons to KS3 and KS4 students. This Client is a co‑educational, non‑selective secondary school and sixth form in Lambeth, supporting students aged 11‑19. In their most recent Ofsted inspection, the school was judged Good in all areas, including the quality of education, behaviour and attitudes, personal development, leadership and management, and sixth‑form provision. Inspectors highlighted a strong curriculum and noted that students feel safe and well supported. They also observed that while behaviour expectations are clear, low‑level disruption can occasionally impact lessons when the policy isn’t consistently applied.
