Qualifications

• Previous experience in Quality Assurance, ideally in a food manufacturing environment.
• Experience with accredited standards like BRCGS, ISO9001, or ISO22000.
• Understanding of factory processes, legal requirements, and audit trails.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sampling schedules are maintained for compliance.
• Conduct internal audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Control solutions for testing and generate Certificates of Analysis.
• Perform shelf-life testing of raw materials and finished products.

Skills

Quality Assurance experience

Level 2 HACCP
