Service Care Legal are currently working with a respected and dynamic Scottish law firm seeking to appoint a Commercial Property Senior Associate / Director to their growing Glasgow-based team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior-level lawyer to lead on complex and high-value transactions, support team development, and play a key role in the growth of the commercial property practice.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex sales, acquisitions, development, and funding transactions, along with commercial leasing matters
Provide high-quality legal and strategic advice to clients across a range of sectors
Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and paralegals
Participate in departmental business meetings and contribute to team strategy
Candidate Requirements
Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in commercial property (PQE flexible for the right candidate)
Strong technical expertise in complex transactions, including leasing, funding, and development
Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver practical, commercial legal solutions
Experience in supervising and supporting the development of junior team members
