Veterinary Nurse (out of hours)

Salary: UofG Grade 5, £27,319 - £31,236 + 33% shift allowance for Out of Hours work.

This post is full time and fixed term due to Maternity Leave. This post is fixed term for up to 12 months or until the substantive postholder returns.

Working hours: Compressed shift pattern - 70 hours over 6 shifts every two weeks

We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate nurse to join our OOH team at the Small Animal Hospital. You’ll work alongside a skilled team of vets, nurses, and care assistants, delivering exceptional care to both referral and primary care in-patients and emergencies.

What you’ll do:

• Medical and surgical wards
• Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Theatre and anaesthesia
