Basic salary £35,000 - £40,000 + quarterly bonus - 65k-70k OTE 1st year OTE

You will be joining an established team focused on the growth of key accounts across the UK, US, and Europe. Your role will be delivery-focused, working on a mix of retained and contingent projects. With average fees of £25k-£30k and an abundance of roles, this is a highly lucrative industry to work in.

1. Desk-based research and market mapping
2. Manage the delivery of senior roles from brief to close
3. Identify sources and prospects via desk-based research and conversations with key influencers in the client’s network
4. Qualify candidates through in-depth phone screening and informal referencing
5. Own the research process and deliver weekly reports to key clients
6. Produce high-quality mapping documents, status reports, and candidate appraisals
7. Attend candidate and client meetings
8. Share relevant search, sector, and market information, trends, data, and knowledge
9. Assist with preparing compelling pitch documentation and business generation strategies
10. Build market intelligence and expand the client’s network across key markets
