Experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant

Location: London (Hybrid working available)

Salary: Competitive base + uncapped commission (30-50% based on billings)

Target Billings: £200k+

We're seeking an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant with a proven track record to join our close-knit team. This role offers genuine autonomy, an industry-leading commission structure, and the flexibility to work in a way that suits your lifestyle.

You’ll specialise in recruiting legal professionals for US and UK law firms across three key practice areas.

• Private equity
• Venture capital
• Hedge funds
• Real estate funds
• Credit / debt funds

• Start-ups through to large corporations
• Corporate transactions and advisory work

• Banking and finance
• Lender and borrower-side representation

• Demonstrable track record of billing £200k+ annually
• Proven ability to win new law firm clients and build lasting relationships
• Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find legal professionals through creative and proactive methods
• Strong network within London's legal market
• Experience working with US and / or UK law firms (highly desirable)

• Exceptional business development capabilities
• Advanced sourcing techniques and headhunting skills
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to team success
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent relationship management across all levels

• Starting at 30% commission on billings
