An educational sports organization is seeking a Rowing Programme Coordinator in Guildford. This full-time role involves developing the rowing programme at Surrey Sports Park and overseeing various squads. You will coach, manage performance squads, and work with internal teams to enhance the rowing experience for students. A strong background in rowing and coaching is essential. This position offers 25 days of annual leave and free access to the sports park.

You will be responsible for the development and coordination of the Rowing programme at Surrey Sports Park, for the University of Surrey.
You will oversea all aspects of rowing delivery: High Performance, Senior, and Development Squads.
You will drive programmes focusing on participation and development, as well as coach and manage the performance squads representing Team Surrey in British University College Sport (BUCS) and/or local and national competitions.
You will manage the rowing coaches and work with other internal departments (e.g. Campus and ClubSport teams) to ensure engaging and effective rowing delivery.
Supporting the Performance Sport Officer, you will also responsible for the day-to-day delivery elements of the partnership with Molesey Rowing Club.
You are expected to apply your technical and practical knowledge of rowing in order to provide advice and coaching to further develop the sport.
You will manage your own work to ensure that key deadlines and objectives are met, with supervisory approval.
You will actively contribute to the success of Team Surrey and improving the experience of Surrey students.
