The Radiology Admin & Clerical team looking for flexible and motivated people to join our team.
We are looking for people that are passionate about providing an exemplary service, to work as part of a dynamic team helping to a deliver a safe and effective Radiology service at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.
The successful candidate will be able to work in a systematic and methodical way, using on their own initiative, be conscientious, and have excellent interpersonal communication and customer care skills. Applicants will have a keen eye for detail, with the ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise workload.
This is a varied role including booking radiology appointments by phone with patients, sending letters, coordinating inpatient and ED appointments, and receiving patients on arrival.
We have both full and part time vacancies available – please include on your application any preferred hours.
Shifts are allocated on a roster basis with the earliest starting at 7am and the latest finish of 8pm. We provide a 7-day service therefore will include working weekends and bank holidays.
This is a multi-site role, working at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, the new Community Diagnostic Centre (based on NNUH site grounds) and Cromer District Hospital.
