Hi, I'm Angela and I am the Clinical Lead for the cardiac service. This job requires a balance of specialist knowledge and compassionate care which makes the role challenging and fulfilling for cardiac nurses.
We are looking for a Heart Failure Nurse who has experience in looking after patients with heart failure to join our established and experienced community service. The post holder will work within a highly skilled team to support and manage patients with complex Heart Failure, using evidence-based practice and patient centred goals to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
Do you have a strong team work ethic; excellent communication skills; a committed professional approach to working with both patients and the team; a strong sense of accountability, accompanied by an ability to work under considerable pressure at times? Then we want you!
