Lance Operator – Specialist Maintenance (Travel Across UK & Ireland)

Based from Guildford, Surrey | £25,500 rising to £27,000 + £5,000 allowances + overtime (£42k OTE) + 10% bonus

Looking for a role that gets you out on the road, working with a tight-knit team, using specialist kit, and supporting major energy, waste and biomass sites across the UK and Ireland?

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be part of a small, well‑trained team delivering essential plant and machinery cleaning and maintenance for major industrial sites.

This is a manual, physical role, working with specialist equipment, occasionally in confined spaces and at times in challenging conditions – full training and PPE are provided. Every job is different, and you’ll work to clear specifications to keep client operations running safely and efficiently.
